Firefox is by far fastest if you configure it properly. In your address bar type in about :config and hit enter, you'll get a huge list of configuration options. Scroll down to the network.http options area, turn pipelining on and crank up the pipelining.maxrequests setting to 10 or more. You'll notice a dramatic decrease in load time. I don't think it's as noticeable on dialup but it still helps.
